Cheers for Ishqiya again – The film bags four more Awards Two Apsara and two Zee Cine Awards

18 Jan’11, Mumbai: Rightly said “Big things come in small packages”. After winning four Star Screen Awards, Ishqiya –a small budget film, now bags 2 two more Awards at the Apsara Awards and Zee Cine Awards each. It won awards for the following two categories at both the events:
Best Lyrics: Gulzaar, Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji
Best Actress : Vidya Balan
Ishqiya is a romantic thriller. The film moves around the dark emotions of the three leading characters – Vidya Balan, Nasuriddin Shah and Arshad Warsi. The chemistry of the characters, their passion, their love, sense of revenge and hatred kept the audience glued to their seat making the film one of the biggest entertainers of this year.
